By signing in or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Markist.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Markist. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Markist lets you save bookmarks and automatically generates titles, summaries, tags, and semantic search using AI. It is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses email verification codes. Provide an email address you control and keep it accurate.

You agree not to:

• use Markist to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• abuse the automated saving endpoints or use the service in a way that breaches the terms of the websites you bookmark.

Your bookmarks and notes remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them — including sending page content to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide the service to you.

Markist fetches and processes content from websites you choose to save. We are not responsible for that third-party content. AI-generated titles, summaries, and tags may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as authoritative.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Because Markist is offered free of charge, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You may delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Markistis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
